Our Team
Jillian Seip LSW, CEO

Jillian L. Seip, graduated from Ohio State University in 1987 with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and is a licensed social worker as well. She began her career working for Hamilton County Jobs and Family in a new program mandated by the state of Ohio. Due to her passion of working with this population, she decided to expand her provider business and build upon what she has learned. Jillian came up the name of her agency because of the way she believes that individuals should be taught and motivated.
